Entering Bets

You can enter bets received from your customer on your terminal. We suggest you print out the matches each day to be sure of up-to date and current odds. Your customer simply chooses from these lists.
Ask your customer to write down the date home team and stake for ease of entry into our system. The customer must pay you cash for the bet and will receive a receipt with transaction number, date, time, bets made and stake. The same amount will be automatically entered in the system.

Entering Scanned Bets

If the B-A-B agent has customer traffic of more than twenty per hour (or peak time traffic higher than ten in any ten minute stretch). The agent would benefit from our scanner and coupon option to ease the speed of bet processing. The scanner can be provided together with coupons for a deposit lodged with our local agent or our head office. The scanner bets will be based on the most popular events and allow the B-A-B software to process 15-20 multiple bets a minute.

Deposit System

Here you can open Internet accounts for your customers and allow them access to bet outside of your opening hours for up to 24/7. Your customer must give you a cash deposit and have a mobile phone number; the mobile number will be his user name on the Internet. The customer’s password and account details (deposit and balance) will automatically be sent to his mobile by text message after entering on the terminal. The deposited funds will be entered into your account with B-A-B. The customer can now go to any pc with access to the Internet and place his bets in privacy. This allows you to extend your opening hours, and gives you an extra stream of income whether your customer logs in at home, at work or elsewhere.
Where relevant, your commission or profits will be paid on all bets made on the Internet and you can monitor the customer activity anytime you wish. In addition, for those agents not wishing to take the bets themselves, this is a legal and practical solution.

Winner

When your customer claims a win, he must bring the receipt from your terminal with them. The receipt will have a transaction number, enter this on the terminal and this will either be confirmed or rejected together with a confirmation of the win amount to be paid to the customer. Once confirmed the customer must be paid as the win amount will be entered in the system and treated as a paid win.

Report

Here you can view the total of bets, deposits and winnings made at your agency between any allotted time periods. It also indicates your cash till balance. Internet customer’s transactions will be indicated in your on-line B-A-B account.

Payout

This area is used for Internet customer’s to claim their money requested from the betting site. The amount you hand over to the customer will be added to your balance.
When the customer hands over their payout request you key in the reference number and the terminal will confirm if this is a valid request and confirm the amount to pay out.
